Calendars

In Onemap8 a Calendar represents a time schedule that can be used in several different places in the system. It can be a one off event or a recurring schedule.

Calendars use the standard ICS (Internet Calendaring and Scheduling) format for calendars.

A simple schedule can be created directly from the platform, but Onemap8 also supports a custom calendar where you upload an externally created ICS file.

A calendar can be used to limit a geofence or a notification to a particular time schedule.

For example, if you want to receive a notification only during working hours, it can achieved by creating and linking a calendar to the notification.
